Where do we deliver?
Delivery days:
1-2 working days (not included Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
We will strive to deliver all ordered items in a single package.
If an ordered product cannot be shipped within the promised time due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will be informed of the new delivery date via email. If delivery is not possible, CroKocka will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery date, a replacement product or cancellation of the order with a refund of the amount paid.
If the buyer is not present at the specified address or the address is incorrect, the delivery service will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange a specific time or an alternative delivery address. If delivery is not possible, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.
CroKocka commits to timely delivery of the Customer's order, provided the Customer has entered their information completely, accurately and truthfully.
Ordered products can also be picked up in person at the warehouse located at Milana Ogrizovića 28, 10000 Zagreb. For pick-up time is best to contact via email.
Delivery costs are as follows:
CROATIA
Ordered items are delivered via BoxNow or Post Office. Delivery will take place within 2–4 working days from the order date and no later than 30 days if agreed upon.
EUROPE
Payment Method:
Issue the payment to bank account no.: HR6124020061100699155. As variable symbol, use your order number, which you will receive after completing shopping process.
Note your order will be canceled if we don't receive the payment in 7 days.
